Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:

Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error

Returns made more than 30 days after delivery
All clothing, accessories, and decor items are covered by this 30-day policy. Any issue or damage must be reported within that timeframe.
Order Cancellations
All new orders immediately enter our automated fulfillment system, which makes it impossible for DonVellani.com to cancel them once they’re being processed, packed, or shipped.
If you wish to cancel, please wait until the item arrives and then proceed with a return according to the standard refund policy.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items can be refunded. Sale or discounted products are non-refundable. However, our support team (support@donvellani.com) will gladly review special cases.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or not fitting as expected.
To initiate an exchange, contact support@donvellani.com and ship your product to the address above.
Please include the tracking number of your return so we can monitor the shipment. Once your package is received, we’ll begin the exchange process promptly.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned product.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had it sent to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For overseas returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
A full refund (excluding shipping fees) will only be issued once the returned item has been successfully received at our warehouse.
